      Pros

      The students made going to work every day worth it! Co-workers got along great and had a lot of fun together, even in crunch mode.

      Cons

      Management had no idea how to handle the company. Management was all smiles during meetings with the whole staff, but was critical of work and couldn't tell individuals what they really wanted.

      Pros

      Creative, collaborative, committed to the students and alumni, great team support and deep relationships formed, and autonomy. Micromanagement didn't exist, there was trust placed in you to do your job, and always had the resources to do the job. Worked in early 2010s.

      Cons

      Long hours but worked out because everyone was committed to the purpose and products delivered.

      Pros

      Working with amazing people from many different backgrounds and skills. Everyone is there to help push the art of animation, and to help the next generation of animators succeed.

      Cons

      No real issues with AM.
