To address some of your feedback, we understand work life balance can be challenging, and we always encourage our employees to work with their managers to help prioritize tasks that will allow for more balance in their day. Additionally when it comes to banding and compensation, we have recently made changes to our compensation model and bonus structure as a result of employee feedback, and we encourage all employees to reach out to leadership to understand these changes.
