Great people to work with!

Salary could have been better.

Friendly atmosphere where everyone is on the same team and willing to help out when needed. There is the option for hybrid working (depending on department), and flexible start/stop times (as long as it's consistent). Good work/life balance (may vary in different groups, but has been good in my experience). Company culture is good, they really strive to live out their core values. They also do a good job of bringing everyone together, including company get togethers (with families invited), potlucks, occasional contests, and team outings.

The only downside for me was some details with the retirement plan, such as vesting schedule, but that's changing for the better now. They do a great job of improving what they can as new options become available and they continue to grow.
