      Pros

      High deal flow and good team structure. The work is done in a highly professional manner and you are provided with the opportunity to engage with very interesting and established clients, from the largest funds, law firms and companies in the world. The office is situated in between Shoreditch and Liverpool street which a is a nice area too.

      Cons

      The heating in the office is often too high although this is more of an issue with Bourne Office Spaces.

      nothing at all, all good talent I worked with has left the business

      Cons

      so much, poor management and structure. Managers have no clue how to do recruitment and if you do commission is at their discretion so don't hope to see it. Wage is below London living wage and they expect you in the office 5 days a week- don't believe the hype you will be taking home £££. An overall toxic and shoddy work environment
