      Pros

      Anglepoint has best in class experts to learn from across the globe. It is a fast growing company, yet still small enough to provide multiple opportunities for people to make an impact. Employees at all levels can contribute to building something great, especially those who take initiative and accountability. There is transparency and access to leadership, great benefits and flexibility, and opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Some roles are not yet specialized, so those who wear many hats can feel stretched thin. Systems, structure, and processes are still being developed and matured throughout the company, but there is constant continuous improvement. Some clients can be demanding as with any consulting company.

      - Team is made up of experienced experts who really know the space and bring strong credibility with clients (also reflected in industry recognition like Gartner/IDC) - Clear focus on innovation, especially with AI and automation—employees are encouraged, enabled and empowered to improve how work gets done - Growing company with a strong client base, including large global enterprises and Fortune 1000 companies - Flexible, remote-first culture with a good amount of trust and autonomy for employees - Leadership is accessible and supportive, with a genuine commitment to allyship for women in tech

      Company is growing quickly, which comes with some growing pains—processes, tools, and structure aren’t fully scaled yet, so there are inefficiencies in some areas.
