Colleagues are supportive and friendly.

- Salaries have been unpaid for months without any notice. - EPF and SOCSO contributions are often delayed and withheld. - Salary-related issues are ignored or passed around with no resolution, leaving employee with nowhere to turn. There is no timeline, date, or assurance for when overdue payments will be made, making the situation extremely frustrating. - Communication is poor, and accountability is completely lacking. Overall: The company fails to meet basic responsibilities toward employees. What I found was disappointment rather than the growth and stability I had expected. Only join if you are prepared to deal with severe uncertainty and negligence.
