Insane expectations for garbage pay, constantly decreasing opportunities to earn, incompetent middle management mixed with severely out of touch upper management, and the list goes on. Recently fired like 30 top earners due to a bug in their own poorly designed CRM and screening process and half the sales floor is on paperwork at any given time. It’s like they want to run their employees out and see another quarter of profit loss. The expectations inside and outside of the sales process are constantly increasing while the comp plan passes on the expenses of doing business to the rep.
