About 18 months ago, attrition took a toll on the Finance org, but over the last year we have seen low levels of attrition as we have organized the team more effectively, invested in necessary systems, rebuilt processes and benefited from a year of increased personnel stability. We recognize that we aren't perfect, but the team is operating at a much improved level with better balance. We certainly care that everyone in the Finance org is treated with respect and developing as Finance professionals. I feel that everyone on the team currently is set up to both succeed and be challenged. I'm sorry if you feel that isn't the case for you and hope you feel encouraged to share any direct feedback with your manager, HR or anyone else in leadership (including myself).
