I joined as an intern in Angaros and very soon my internship role was converted to a full-time profile. The management recognizes good work and motivates. I learned a lot as an intern and as an employee. There are weekly Knowledge Sessions and this helps one to learn from others and what the members of another team are doing.

Budget allocation is the only con. Flexibility in this may help for promotions.
