Pros
The owners of the company are very nice. They really listen to everyone as their doors are always open. Since it is still at a growing phase, there is alot to learn and room for personal development.
Cons
Yes there is work stress but it is upto you how you manage it. If you cannot manage stress, you won't be happy in MNC's as well.
