      Pros

      Inspiring mission. I feel I'm given the resources to accomplish my work, and it's exciting work at that. C-Suite leadership seems to have a strong vision for where they want to take Anduril, and it really feels like we're moving there quickly. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Rapid change means I've experienced at least 3 sweeping org changes during my 2-yr tenure. Culture is fast-paced and can lead to high stress at times. Middle managers need better training/development.

      Pros

      Great pay for the most part, and the engineers are awesome.

      Cons

      When something is too good to be true, it’s too good to be true for a reason. I would not accept this job on contract unless you are unemployed, don’t consider it if you are employed. The company is growing and having leadership level changes in the TA realm and boy you can tell. Your job is NOT safe on contract and is not a guarantee to go even 6 months. Everyone is extremely lax and chill on the interviews and the pay is great isn’t it?? Well that’s alll a facade, no matter if you’re doing well or not.
