Pros
Great place to get experience. Lots of diversified work Work available both locally and internationally Some good people with good experience that are willing to share Not a lot of micromanaging, if you can prove yourself you are trusted to get your work done When you are starting out they give good pay increases if you perform well If you are a good worker you'll have good job security here. Benefits are pretty good. In my experience, pretty fair/ethical place. Especially when compared to a lot of other consulting engineering firms Senior Management at the office level is good.
Cons
Underpay their engineers/techonogists that have been there a while Overload/Overwork their employees. Overtime is expected, Work/life balance is up to the employee to fight for. Most places you get sent to for work aren't that exciting(should be expected with the job though) No floating here, if you can't/won't work hard and produce, you'll get cut eventually. Lower level management is hit and miss, Management outside the office only cares about the bottom line.
