Good for freshers and to learn new things

There are no cons as far as I see

-Great carrier opportunities. -Could gain good banking knowledge -Learning to work under pressure.

I do not like the way this bank's senior management treats its employees. They do NOT care for their employees' personal well being what so ever! (You can never demand your employees to finish a task for you, just make the environment conducive for them to finish their work, in the best possible way.)
