Taking It Easy - Senior Financial Analyst Andersen Employee Review

We don't have a finance team but an accounting and reporting group. The prior CFO had never been in finance and it shows in the people and processes that are in place. Promotions are done by cohort and the tools here are awful. Very little of what I do is transferable outside Andersen. The leaders are afraid of change because they don't know what to do. It's hidden in the message of respecting the past.
