      Good wages and benefits, excellent managers. Most coworkers will help you to learn and get the job done. A company everyone in the area knows.

      Cons

      Dependent on housing market and building season. Prone to seasonal layoffs for production workers. Occasional permanent workforce reductions when market gets really bad.
