      Lots of A holes and big heads who will grind you down and make you commit to a schedule that kills you. Really drags down your average hourly pay

      Free lunch during busy season

      Cons

      Very cliquey. Very dependent upon each manager and partner. Some partners were great, but others were rude/condescending/only cared about profits and chargeability. Company is growing very fast and rewards those who will work their life away
