Mission and Values lost - Each time we get a mail from the CEO for a town-hall ,there is a sense of tension and anxiety amongst the employees on what bad news is he about to make. Leadership is a serious mess and took a beautiful brand and turned it to a typical small-minded organization where they only thing celebrated are sales numbers forgetting humans are their product. There is a serious disconnect amongst the Engineers in Africa and the US team that have zero idea on how they engineers truly feel but keep making decisions on behalf of these engineers.
