These processes are central to how we serve patients. They allow clinicians to practice at the top of their license and do not shift clinical judgment to non-clinicians, while also ensuring every patient is supported by a coordinated team and never left without clear next steps or the provision of the highest standard of care.
We want to be crystal clear that our decisions are driven by patient needs rather than financial considerations. Our responsibility is to ensure that patients receive timely, appropriate care and the high-touch support they need to manage their condition safely and effectively. This patient-first standard guides our decisions across the organization and is not negotiable.
