You will meet nice team members and bond with them from complaining over the issues with management

Cons

Sales targets are ridiculous Repetitive calls, the job is just denying refunds to elderly people and hearing them get upset when they can't afford to pay rent/buy food Not given the time to help anyone, time limits on calls is too short to ever help someone who isn't a tech wiz

Pros

Great company culture, supportive team, smooth onboarding process, strong career stability, and meaningful work. My interview experience was very positive, and the recruiting and onboarding teams were helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process.

Cons

There is always a learning curve when joining a new company, especially while understanding internal systems and processes, but the team has been very supportive.
