Pros
9-5 bankers type hours in customer service department. Good separation of workflow so you are able to work in your strong suits and can practice other areas when it isn't so busy. If you work hard there is room for you to grow with the company, not too much though. If you are starting in Pharmacy, this will be a good starter.
Cons
There is noticeable favoritism. Pay isn't that great for the skills you need to deal with some high maintenance customers. If you are good at customer service and dealing with angry customers you will be the one handling a majority of the calls and it can be draining fast. You will also have to handle the Florida after hours angry calls (since they close earlier than the Las Vegas location)
