- Highly unprofessional management - very limited leadership skills, unreliable and dishonest vis-a-vis both employees and clients. - Very negative working environment - no overlap in KPIs of various departments / functions. As a result, no incentive for individuals to cooperate meaningfully - result is a negative and highly inefficient work environment. - Reputation risk for employees working with external partners is significant. Due to internal inefficiencies and poor internal cooperation, information provided to external parties is often late and of poor quality. - Fixed salaries are low with the promise of a high flexible component (bonus) based on the achievement of KPIs. However, bonuses are NEVER given. KPIs are loosely worded so management can always claim that KPIs are not achieved - even if on-going feedback is positive. - Equity is promised after a 1 year delay - but is offered much later if at all and is structured in a way that employees have a very limited ability to capture upside. - Long working hours (largely due to unnecessary internal inefficiencies but also many evening events employees are expected to attend / work at)
