Some beautiful homes they built.
Cons
The founders are uninterested in how the carers are struggling with a lack of staff. They are very hard to reach and won't provide basic things like enough milk for the staff kitchen. The office staff are expected to be there full time but the founders/managers can work from home when they want to. They hired and fired someone after a month because they realised they couldn't afford them, despite waiting a month for them to leave their permanent job. Ironically they don't seem to care much about the staff that provide the care to the elderly.
