      - Salary and bonus - Lots of nice food and snacks in office - Lots of paid lunches - 4k monitor for coding and laptop

      Cons

      - Management shifted and it got a little more into micro management style - Originally started full remote then mandate back to office 2x a week - Lots of archaic hard to navigate code bases
