Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all feedback seriously, and I’m sorry to hear you left Anaplan with a negative impression of our leadership. The Executive Committee (EC) and I are communicating regularly with employees and are collecting employee feedback continuously so we can improve. There has been a lot of change in a short period of time, which isn’t for everyone, but with our strategic priorities in place and new programs underway that will strengthen our culture, I believe Anaplan’s future is bright. Flexibility continues to be an important part of our culture, so I’m pleased to hear that was your experience when you were with us. I wish you the best in your future endeavors.
