Thank you for your feedback. Our Executive Committee (EC) recently shared our strategic priorities for the year, which hit on several topics you mention, including strengthening our culture, improving our GTM strategy, and enhancing our platform’s robustness and performance.
Each of our strategic priorities were informed by feedback from employees, customers and partners. Based on this feedback, we have launched several change management and pilot initiatives recently, and I recognize it’s been a lot to digest. Many of these changes are foundational to us becoming a category defining company, so I appreciate your resilience.
