Work was not impacted in any significant way due to COVID, even with most employees working remote

As with any other start-up, organization can be challenging when milestones rapidly approaches and it’s all hands on deck. To succeed here you need to be a self-starter, maintain a high level of autonomy and drive and understand what and when to do it (this is not really a con for me, but it may be to others)
