The company does not micromanage and you really only hear from them when it’s time to submit a timesheet or if there are issues regarding benefits.
Cons
The company is fairly abrasive when you question their health and wellness deduction and what the legalities behind the deduction are. In addition, they open a 401k account for you without consent and do not allow you to opt out. Lastly, they do not give you the login information to the 401k so you cannot see that account. Sketchy…
