A few bad apples - Document Conversion Anacomp Employee Review

I've worked in the St. Louis office since it opened, along with most of my co-workers. It's a great place to work if you show up everyday and do quality work. Our team gets along well and it's a great place to come to work everyday. I see a lot of the negative reviews for our St. Louis office and it's my guess that most of these are from the ones that were let go when we were hiring new staff for a new project. Most were let go because they were out all the time or they could not produce quality work. We have new managers and things are getting better every day. They are focused on communicating with us and giving us the training and support we need. I would recommend this job for hardworking people.
