Toxic company culture - group CEO is incredibly rude and condescending and creates a culture of toxic finger pointing and non collaboration Upper management is inept and breeds bad leadership Operationally completely disorganized HR recruiting doesn’t know how to hire or recruit for talent - internal talent pool is weak Zero respect for work/life balance - your manager will text/call/email you at all hours without any regard to time off (unlimited PTO is a sham and means NO PTO)
