Disorganized, Dishonest, and Confused - Anonymous employee Amteck Employee Review

Leadership is not on the page and completely disorganized. Half the time they aren't even in the building. In the summer time the CEOs presence is virtually non-existent. No idea what the COO does--hes in Atlanta all the time. They have a new system no one has any idea how to use. That's what happens when three people essentially huddle in a room and decide what they are going to do. Implementation carried out with no leadership from the COO. Lots, I mean LOTS of dishonesty at this company.
