Pros
I was lucky enough to be in a great team in Automation otherwise it would have been living hell. It was a great learning and social experience. Company is still in the very early stages of development so you need to handle pretty much everything which is good to have some industry exposure.
Cons
- Pirated software all around, be it entire Windows OS, MATLAB, anything from Adobe, etc. - Limited access to internet. - Strict timings even if there is no work. - Only formal wears allowed. - HR works as a puppet of MD and MD is kind of old fashinoned. - Worst management. - 3 years bond (15 months of current CTC if you leave before 3 years) and they will keep your last semester and degree certificate for 3 years. - Sanitation is abysmal. Get disturbed even when you are using washroom by sweeper (let us finish dude). - No experince letter will be given.
