      Pros

      Last couple of years seem to have witnessed a real change in culture with current management actually taking the time to communicate and let everyone know what is going on. A lot investment in the warehouse, which would not have happened under previous owners. Flexible working a real step on.Seems to be going places.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Great managers. Very strong sense of team and collaboration.

      Cons

      Upper management is distant and does not communicate well. Some Divisions are stand-offish and it's hard to work on enterprise projects effectively.
