      - Decent corporate discount - Having a corporate gym is nice but machines/weights are minimal, like a hotel gym

      Cons

      - Pay & benefits are paltry - Depending on your manager/supervisor, it could be the worse job of your life

      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Great managers. Very strong sense of team and collaboration.

      Cons

      Upper management is distant and does not communicate well. Some Divisions are stand-offish and it's hard to work on enterprise projects effectively.
