Rough chain of command is enforced. Everything from working on holidays to weekend works to doing extra is shoved with a hammer .
Cons
There is no ethics, people are kept unpaid and axed . Management is a big barf.. all big talk . Biased Management . Absolutely no organisation. Country head delivery manager and his wife handles everything in a dictator way. Absolute no for anyone ..
