- Horrible work-life balance: 60+ hour weeks, including weekends and evenings, and holidays. I cannot stress this enough - there practically is no balance. - Despite unlimited PTO, the only way to take time off is to work even more hours which leads to burnout -Morale has declined over the past 2 years as key figures departed the company all the while work-life balance declined - Management and SLT seem ill-equipped to fix work-life balance which has worsened during COVID - Compensation doesn't justify working conditions or impact made at the company - Your experience and growth varies based on your manager and client but, the promotion process doesn't account for that - Large and frequent turnover contributes to a lack of culture
