Pros

Nothing much all the experienced Audiologists are resigning.

Not a place to to work if you are an Audiologist. So much changes happened over last two years and the management is least bothered about the employees. You need to give explanations to the regional manager to approve sick leave even if you are severely ill otherwise she will ring and interrogate you half an hour. They will pressurise you to perform well and fit the hearing aids in the same day you consult the client even though the clients won’t get time to think. They will make you work hard whole month and change the bonus structure on the last day of month and say it is applicable from day one. The area managers won’t have any voice and the regional manager will in take a month to approve the kilometres claim you travelled for business. Don’t even expect any travel time😂😂. Most experienced audiologists and managers worked in the company from last 20-25 years are left the in last one year and the management is trying to fill the gaps with the inexperienced interns recruited from overseas. The products are horrible, if hearing aid manufacturers comes up with new products and technologies, we are not allowed to sell them, it will take another 2-3 years to rebrand them and sell to the clients. The rebranded hearing aid App doesn’t have all the features of its original version.

Pros

Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. Strong company mission of "empowering people to rediscover the emotions of sound"

Cons

As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.
