No SOP's in Organisation process - Assistant Key Accounts Manager Ample Employee Review

Incentives are promised & not paid inspite of acheivement, in case of late payment from client we are charged interest on our variable pay, hope whch part of the labour law states an employee has to pay interest for the business carried out by company. No proper managers, middle level management pathetic, lot of partiality within team, eventhough support benefits offered by OEM to employees are not passed on. Work only for salary no growth option, oppurtunities are limited.
