Pros

no benefit at all in this company

Cons

In the offer letter, they presented me with a different position, yet upon joining the company, they assigned me additional roles and responsibilities. Furthermore, the salary calculation method is incorrect, and there is a policy of deducting an hour's salary for every minute of lateness. Additionally, the HR department engages in unprofessional behavior, often engaging in shouting matches with staff members in front of customers. Moreover, there is a culture of blackmailing employees and a lack of respect for others. They consistently diminish incentives and demand exceptional results without providing adequate support. The boss displays racist behavior, offering only one day off for Eid holidays and requiring staff to work a full day on the eve of the festivities. The boss is unfriendly, rarely engaging with staff and often giving them disapproving looks. Additionally, there's a practice of unjustly deducting Sales Advisor salaries, which is unethical. Furthermore, there are instances of blackmailing employees and imposing excessive consequences.
