As for the location, We understand that the location may not always be ideal for everyone due to individual commuting circumstances. We are continuously evaluating opportunities to provide alternative working arrangements such as flexible working policy (possibility to work from home 3 out of 4 weeks a month) that may help mitigate the challenges with your commuting. Work-life balance Low expectations If you know more than the bare minimum then this job will be easy.

Cons

No health insurance/benefits Low wage, especially considering the benefits Management takes constructive criticism very poorly, and would rather burn tens of thousands of dollars than admit to a mistake.
