Pros
I spent the Summer at Amify as an intern and it was absolutely incredible. The environment of the work space combined with the people that are a part of the company are incomparable. There was never a day that I dreaded waking up and driving into work, or feeling like my time was being wasted. It's a great mix of serious work, getting things done, and being on track but also making memories, goofing off and enjoying the day. Monthly outings were a HUGE benefit because it made working with everyone more enjoyable and it gave us time to be around each other outside of the office. Overall I would say this company is doing everything right and I would highly recommend it to college students looking for an internship. The amount of knowledge and skills that I am taking away is something I am very thankful for!
Cons
I feel as though I could have been pushed a little more by the executives. I enjoy being challenged and being encouraged to go beyond my comfort zone and although this happened during my internship it was a little more sporadic than I am used to. Other than that, this place is extraordinary.
