High pay doesn't compensate for poor management and instability - Designer Amico Group Employee Review

It was rather worst company I worked with in Dubai, bad management they replaced me the first day they got a new designer. For less money and less experience than me Pressure, not safe, they terminated 8 ppl in less than 1 year and a half Bcz literally of a nonsense reasons It’s a start up company with even no huge background in interior design field but even tho their ego is higher than their needs for a good and experienced employee So bad and I wish everyone to think 10 times before joining them
