Pros
CROWD: Most of the guys are from NITs but none from the top 10. There is one from IIT also. I found a very competitive environment and really enjoyed the first 1 year. ATTITUDE: There is a bond that you are supposed to sign at joining. Ideas are not welcome and you are treated as laborers. There is no place for smart work and promotion and fame is proportional to the number of works spent. You are treated as a hero if you slog more. There are frequent team outings but if you have friends and family other than the company you can live up. WORK HOURS: You can begin the day whenever you want but the end of day is never fixed.Saturdays are working and many a times you may have to stretch on the weekends. COMPENSATION: Decent compensation for fresher role but Appraisals are bad. Appraisals are based on your rapport with your CTO. I was promised ESOP but it is a trap. The ESOP do not carry any value, the finance department when questioned say that it don't have any value and has confusing explanation about the ESOP and the value given. There are two companies with the same set of directors. One is called drishti soft solutions and the other is called drishti soft systems. Drishti soft solutions has a loss while drishti soft systems has good profit. Interesting thing is drishti soft systems has no website and no employees, address is same and you can verify from government website of MCA ministry of corporate affairs.. If you are given ESOP you be careful to check which company you have employment with and which company shares you own.
Cons
You cannot have a girlfriend and if planning to get married you will have to change job. No time to cook food and will have to eat in the office canteen. ZERO work-life balance, by the time you realize you will learn that your jawani is gone. If you have interest in Gym, forget it. There is no respect for your work or yourself. BENEFITS: After working here you get good job in the industry
