Great commission structure with promotional spiffs. Top producers have an incentive to earn a President's Club trip. This trip is on a tropical beach, all expenses paid. This also goes to a service, admin, or top tech.
Growing Federal Sales department with a leg up on the competition with a small business qualification.
Flexible hours and non-micro management Manager mentality as long as you are on your way to reach quota.
Service department does a wonderful job of being responsive.

Cons
None that I can think of off the top of my head. The company has recently upgraded current CRM and billings system so they are improving on areas that needed attention. This has lead to happy customers with simpler invoices for the customer to read.
