Quick turn around for getting hired on...if you're willing to work as a contractor with no paid time off and unpaid holidays.
Cons
They tell you it'll be a temp to hire contract position but once you start you find it's 9-12 months before you'll potentially be hired and that's only if you suck up to the right people. Favoritism is a huge issue here. A lot of gossip.
