Pros

It’s a job for now

Cons

Not a place for females. Least respect I’ve ever been shown in all my professional years. Male employees are paid far higher wages than their female counterparts, whether hourly or salary. Females, even in leadership, will be talked down to or ignored or patronized.

Pros

Its remote setup and competitive pay for the tasks involved. While there is a learning curve, the job becomes straightforward once you memorize the systems. The experience is further improved by great managers who provide a supportive environment for their teams.

Cons

The environment is high-pressure due to strict QA standards and a low tolerance for errors. There are numerous complex guidelines that must be followed precisely, which can feel restrictive for those who prefer less micromanagement or more creative freedom in their workflow.

Pros

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
