      Discount on clothes, sweet coworkers, free snacks and coffee

      Cons

      The company is poorly run by the CEO. Everyone who is at an entry level is paid extremely low, but has a lot of responsibility and pressure to succeed. The CEO intentionally hires young girls straight out of college because she knows she can put a large workload on them with very little pay. You don’t receive any benefits, paid time off, or sick pay if you’re an hourly employee. This job took a huge toll on my mental health due to the lack of professionalism, the inability to pay my bills, and the treatment I received from management.

      Clear expectations/communication, fair wages, great discount, reasonable work load for compensation, managers are accommodating and kind, opportunities for promotions! would love to move up in the company:)

      Pros

      Very fun environment, the customers can be so much fun interacting with. Loved my coworkers, they really made a shift so much fun. Everything was always a team effort whether it was styling our customers or tasking. The clothes can be very cute and trendy.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for kpi’s. The quality of some of the clothes does not match the price. Not size inclusive at all. No time and a half for working holidays. Employees are underpaid but expected the most of. 18 cameras in a store is overkill. Not providing your employees with a microwave or water is crazy.
