      For the amount of fieldwork that I do, it would be nice to have a work vehicle. Other than tha, no complaints.

      Good projects. Some staff are competent.

      Cons

      Restrictive policies on work hours and limited work from home opportunities. Normal work week is at least 45 hours, not great for work-life balance.
