Can be mildly stressful at times like any customer service role with upset customers etc...

I worked during Covid so we had a WFH schedule. Once we went back, it was miserable.

My manager was great, but the company itself is absolutely terrible. Majority of the other department managers were so rude. Not worth it. If I didn’t work here during Covid and WFH schedule, I would’ve left sooner.
