The downside of working for this company is the upper management. This company has tried to implement so many new policies and expect their Technicians to be quiet. If you have one bad opinion, you will be told to STFU or “We’ll have this talk in my office”. The upper management will hold grudges. I’ve never seen a company change so much in One year. Majority of the changes that were made lasted for a month and never brought back up. The CEO will run from her employees opinions. The pay is horrible, The CEO will brag at quarterly meetings that she pays fair, but majority of the Technicians are living at the Poverty line. If you start making a good pay, you will have your route cut. The CEO will not raise Commission percentage. This company does not care. If the CEO cared about her Technicians, She would step down. In the last year, this company has became a joke. Being a Technician you will fill un-appreciated. The work is great, but the upper management will make you hate it quick. If the upper management cared, they wouldn’t go on vacation when company changes are implemented and fail. We are not car salesman.
