      - Work environment was very conscious. They promoted individual wellness and welcomed feedback. - Highly Structured - Offered Training - Inside Promotions - Working Hours were reasonable

      Cons

      - System Uniformity and navigation presented a challenge. The merging of "legacy" systems and "Duckcreek" caused billing behaviors and communications issues. - The company recently was purchased and underwent significant business decision changes. - Decisions to pull out of personal lines and focus on Commercial lines, caused a layoff for those unskilled in Commercial Lines.

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
